1st room was very noisy. 2nd room had carbon monoxide and made me sick. 3rd room was a single room. 4th room was 1st rate. On check out the casher tried to charge me for a lunch that someone else signed for. The casher did overcharge me for a bottle of water that was suppose to be 6 sol's and charged me 17.20 sol's. Not to happy about being charged that much for water.

The hotel is in an excellent location right in the city centre, just a few steps from the main square. It is close to pretty much everything, including restaurants, souvenir stores, and tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with firm beds and hot showers. The staff is friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The breakfast is tasty, with a good selection of food. Some rooms even offer a view overlooking the Cathedral.
The hotel is located by a loud nightclub, which can be noisy at night.

Awesome location, close to everything. Room had a great view of the city and the staff were friendly.
Tiny room, barely enough room for two people. Plus the bathroom was cramped and had no ventilation.

Great location, just steps away from amazing restaurants and shops. The room was cozy, but comfortable, with a lovely view of the city. The highlight of my stay was definitely the warm service - the staff was incredible and went above and beyond to make our romantic escape special.
Although the staff was amazing, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. The options were limited and the food was not as fresh as I would have liked.
